The accommodation consists of 3 large self-catering apartments (2 apartments for 2-4 persons, 1 apartment for 4-6 persons) plus 5 large double rooms on a bed and breakfast basis. The house has a large breakfast room with comfortable seating and a full bar for our guests to sit back and relax after a vigorous day on the slopes. The house also has a heated ski room & private parking spaces.
Ski hire & ski schools are within short walking distance. The local ski-bus also runs directly outside the house

Apres ski entertainment is excellent at one of Filzmoos’ characteristic bars or cafes such as the lively “Happy Filzmoos”, the traditional “Bar Kenn-i-di”, or the fun-filled late disco bar “The Kalahari”. After dinner enjoy a sleigh ride through one of the forests to the romantic Unterhofalm with local folk music and enjoy a delicious rum and hot chocolate, a fantastic way to end your day.

5 large double r0oms with private ensuite facilities. Each room is equipped with a TV (including Cable TV), hairdryer & alarm clock. Ensuite facilities include shower, wash hand basin, wc, heated towel rail & under-floor heating. All bedrooms have balcony access for guests to indulge in the splendour of the surrounding countryside.
