Conditions

For any periods other than weekly or fortnightly please contact us so we can inform you of rates and availability.
To secure a booking we require a 25% deposit immediately when making the booking and a security deposit of 200 pounds must be paid in advance before your arrival. This is to cover breakages, damages or cancellation. This will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and found to be without damage. The final balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, we require the full amount when booking is made. Payments should be made by cheque.

Check in times are 1400 hours and check out time is 1000 hours, unless prior arrangements have been made.
