Deposit required at the time of booking £150 non-refundable. balance due 8 weeks prior to rental. Weekly lets usually Friday to Friday . Negotiable in Off Peak times. If late cancellation >rental will only be returned minus deposit and £50 admin charge if we are able to re-let the property. We would advice taking out of holiday insurance to cover any reasons for cancellation
