The house is 20 minutes drive from the Saint Malo which is a beautiful walled city on the coast, (Where Brittany ferries come's into). There are many exclusive shops and restaurants which are worth a visit. Dinan is south of Pleudihen and boasts many beautiful Medieval Streets set also on the Rance river.
The area has numerous golf courses, beaches, village markets, sailing schools etc. An ideal holiday location for families to relax, make use of the mountain bikes or kayak supplied free of charge, take long walk’s or and enjoy the slow pace of a French lifestyle.

First Floor: Master Bedroom (50mts), Large Double bed, en suit bathroom. This is a spectacular room with wonderful Panoramic River views. It has the original wooden flooring and large screened wardrobe with dressing area. Bedroom 2, (4-poster) Double bed and single bed. This room has wonderful character and typically French shutters. Bedroom 3, has 2 sets of bunk’s and a single bed. An Ideal room for the children as there are plenty of beds! Second Floor: Bedroom’s 4 and 5 have Mezzanine floor’s with double mattresses. These rooms have a sitting area and wooden stairs up to the Mezzanine where there is a double mattress from the window you have very spectacular River Views. Bedroom 6 has a single bed, wardrobe and sink.
Ground Floor hosts the shower room which has been tastefully designed using natural stone on the floor and walk in shower. First Floor: This is the En Suite bathroom off the Master bedroom, which has uninterrupted river views and is home to an Old fashioned Style bath with Lions feet. These room still has the original wooden flooring. Second Floor: This Shower room has a Shower enclosure and oak wood floor. |
