| The Brittany region |
This region is blessed with some of the most beautiful open countryside and some of the sandiest beaches. In general the spring arrives earlier than in the UK and Ireland and the summers are generally long and warm, with minimal rain.
We are also very fortunate to have some of the best attractions in the whole of France and in praticular we are only 10/15 minutes drive from Le Mont St Michel. However if you fancy a peak at Le Mont without having to go by car you can walk a little way along our local lanes to see fantastic views of Le Mont and the bay during the day or by night when its all lit up by lights.
This area of Bittany/Normandy also boasts some of the best examples of medieval architecture in towns such as Dinan, Dol-De-bretagne and combourg. We also have one of the prettiest victorian beach towns called Dinard. This town overlooks long sandy beaches lined with quaint, traditional blue and white stripped tents. St Malo and Cancale are also two of the lovliest seside/port towns of the region. Cancale is the home of the oyster and the mussel and St Malo has a fantastic marina ouside its walled gates which holds boat races every year.all in all a fantastic location for a holiday!!

| Roz Sur Couesnon area |
The small town of Roz Sur Couesnon can be reached in a minute or two with a car or 10 minute on a bike or its a very pleasant 20 minute walk. In the village there is a bar, and small grocery store. Theres a bakery and a butchers and even a hairdressers. The central focus is a huge church.Every year in July they have a music festival and earlier in the year they hold their annual carboot.
There are music festivals in this area all through June and there are nearly always carbbots to be found within easy distance,in the summer. The nearby village of Sougeal has a goose fair at the end of July and the beach village of Cherreuix.
Horse Riding, Golf and Fishing are all in abundance in this area, along with plenty of the usual watersports.
